– 1/4 cup yogurt

– 2 tablespoons lemon juice

– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Preparation Method

1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin and coriander seeds. Roast them until they turn golden brown and release their aroma.

2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are soft and translucent.

3. Add the garlic, ginger, and green chili (if using) and sauté for another minute.

4. Add the ground meat and cook until it is browned and cooked through.

5. Add the turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, amchur powder, asafoetida, fenugreek seeds, black salt, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.

6. Add the yogurt and lemon juice, and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
